For the past 5 years, all I've wanted was the Halo story to move forward. We had to endure crappy side missions (ODST) and a totally unnecessary retconning of an already told story (Reach).
Is the game perfect? No, but it is a damn fun ride.
So, thanks for this great game and moving the story forward after such a long wait. I'm eagerly looking forward to joining you again on the Halo 5 voyage.

That's John Riccitiello, who stepped down as CEO for EA a few weeks ago. When he was hired on in 2007, he said there was a lot of things wrong with EA's business practices and vowed to fix them. Instead, EA started doing even more crap including micro transactions. In one speech he was discussing micro tractions to buy bullets in FPS's.
"When you are six hours into playing Battlefield and you run out of ammo in your clip, and we ask you for a dollar to reload, you're really not very price sensitive at that point in time."
