The only thing that I'm concerned about with this book is that there is no really BA character that we know of. The other books had the Master Chief but Ghosts of Onyx was good and it didn't include the MC so it could do well and the plot defiantly seems like a good one so we'll have to wait and see.

The battle rifle looks odd without the iconic scope.

Lorraine McLees posted over at HBO and said that this is just a "sketch." I think the final cover will be the same thing, it will just look a lot better.

Kudos to you, took the the words right out of my mouth, but yes i am excited for this new book, i'm still trying to get my hands on a copy of ghost's of onyx. but i do have a question, didn't cheif save two othr spartans and bring them back alive, (spare kelly who doctor Hasley kidnapped.) and where are they in the halo seiries?

I apoligize if this is off topic.

I personally want to see a novel about the Arbiters' life before Halo 2, and perhaps delving into the period between 2 and 3 where he has to learn to work with humans and put aside his long-seated beliefs for the greater good.

he is in The Last Voyage of the Infinite Succor for about a page if that helps :tongue:

Like guitarfreak862 I would have liked a novel on the spolier stuff he just said but this will be a great christmas read i'm sure.
