I have noticed that many people in the clan are fond of using the post-game screen to yell at people, chew people out, and cuss and swear about how bad everyone else did, and how they should have done things differently. Personally, I think this behavior is counter-productive and pushes the clan apart rather than bringing us closer together as a team. I think that it would be highly beneficial for all of us to re-think the way we interact with each other. First, we need to learn to get more praise and complements and make us feel like a real team. Second, we need to learn to give (and take) constructive critisism. Don't just say "That was stupid", try to discuss how you could do things different and why. Lastly, I don't think we spend enough time 'practicing'. Let us find a clan or two willing to take the time to sit and practice game tactics. Start a round of capture the flag. As people die, sit and gather up at base, discuss what happened, and make changes and try again. We should have a strategy so well defined that everyone knows who goes for the hog, where it goes, who goes for sniper, who rushes, who defends, etc. I'm not a very good Team Slayer player, but I do like playing Team games, but right now everything is so disorganized and random. I'm not a strong killer, so let me be a 'distraction' or diversion, or play on defense. Let's learn each other's strengths and weakness and use those the best we can. That's just my two cents.

Hear hear!!! It's a videogame. It's about fun. Hayes already has a baby girl (how's she doing?) he doesn't need us acting like two year olds. So what if your rank dropped from a 34... does that matter more than keeping a good, happy team around you and having fun? No.

I agree, and I know where Major is coming from. Yelling at your teammate that what they did was stupid may feel satisfying, but it does no good. It's a game, we need to have fun, and the good part is that even though we get killed, we can always come back and learn. I think some no-consequence practices occasionally would do some good.

I think a planned practice about once a week or something would be very good.

Yeah, just because someone: walks in front of your sniper and you splatter his brains, hits you with an ACCIDENTAL rocket, or gets in the wrong seat of the warthog thus losing us the game is no reason to hurt people's feelings, Fallen. You mean, mean man.

OMG. Everett. Remember when JCT ran in front of me right as I was shooting a rocket when we were playing at your house? I didn't even see him on the screen because he was like jumping in front of me with perfect timing. It went from a double kill to a double betrayal... the respawn time was like 45 seconds. That angered me, not gonna lie, (although looking back it was hella funny- it's just a game) even though that was the only game I had played with JCT in 3 months, I voted for JCT to join the clan. Some things are more important than winning a matchmaking game, or having flawless strategies, and JCT is a funny, mildly intelligent guy. Same goes for Hayes. How the HELL do you use those needlers so well? Also, the brute shot.... wtf? He's like the bad weapon specialist of the F48.

I was just about to say that. I was laughing when they said, "OMG what does it feel like to shoot your own teammate, LOL?!"

This discribes me and fallen perfectly.lol. Its always my fault but fallen does get mad at me when I run in front of his sniper shot. Sorry about that buddy.lol
