Preorder that shit. If you don't want to do it at Gamestop, sign up for Amazon's mailing list. Even if you don't play it you can bet you'll be able to turn a huge profit on it.

Thanks for the heads up, I signed up for email notification on amazon. I'm still not sure if I want this thing, but you're right that you can make money on it.

I've thought about doing this before, but I know a guy who got burned during the PS2 launches :(

More than double what you paid for it, if past launches are anything to go by. Though if you don't also intend on playing it eventually anyway, in case Nintendo miraculously comes up with enough supply and ruins resale values, I would stay away. There's always that chance, and I don't want to be held responsible for a $300 paper-weight.

Might as well, already bought the DSi XL version. Don't really like how the screens are different sizes though, hope that changes in later iterations.

New gameplay footage from tons of different games. Chaos Theory is shown briefly at around the two minute mark, looks awesome. Super Paper Mario and Starfox also look great. Hell, even the Driver game looked really impressive. Now we just need Nintendo to give us some direct-feed footage.

Direct-feed Resident Evil: Mercenaries gameplay. I can't believe this is on a handheld.

Also, an unconfirmed rumor. Gamertags and gamerscore on the 3DS?

http://inintendo.net...3DSGamertag.php

Edit: Few minutes of new Resident Evil gameplay, this time from Revelations. I still can't believe they're pulling this off on a handheld, and the system hasn't even launched yet. Unbelievable.

Does this explain your absence from all forms of online gaming last night? You were resting up so you could get up to watch a handheld PR event?

STEALTH EDIT: removed redundant "all"

No. I was busy configuring routers, and I did get on at 1AM future time, but everyone was gone.

Also $249.99 MSRP, March 27th launch date, 30 LAUNCH GAMES. 30. WHAT THE FUCK.

Edit: One friend code for everything. About time, Nintendo.

Amazon preorders are up:
