There's actually two armor pieces in the game that stack to 100%+ Chameleon. Once you get both, the game automatically ends regardless of what build you used.Stealth with bow and arrow. You can build toward 100% Chameleon with the right combination of magic and items. If that's too cheap for you, just focus on getting your Sneak up (best way is to walk in a corner while trespassing in somebody's house at night). Acrobatics is useful as well. For magic you're going to want to look at Illusion and Mysticism. Eventually you'll be able to one-shot pretty much anything while in Stealth using the bow and arrow.
