Got my ps3 back, been playing Shadow of the Colossus on it. The game is an open world game (before those were a thing), and aside from some exploration only consists of boss fights. The bosses are these massive creatures that you defeat by platforming puzzles. Very simple control scheme, but still very challenging.
Game is the closest thing to a minimalist work of art there is in gaming. Great music, cool landscapes, a basic but poignant plot with some undertones you have to think about, and although it can be hard, it is very rewarding when you figure a boss out. I'm glad I'm playing it and I recommend it if you've got a ps2 or ps3 around.
Oh, and it was a major part of one of Sandler's best roles (Reign Over Me).
