My first two Exterminations in Halo Reach came in the same game... and without earning an Overkill. I think the respawn time is just a smidge too long on Asylum 1 Bomb Assault because in each of our offensive rounds I got a hilarious sounding Double Kill - Double Kill - Extermination. Ah---mazing.
